You can also send feedback from inside the app: open the Garage menu and choose Send feedback. It reaches the same place, and saves you describing which screen you were on.
Reporting a problem
Four things turn “it did not work” into something we can actually fix, usually without a second email:
- What you did, and what happened instead. The screen you were on and the button you pressed is plenty.
- Your phone — iPhone or Android, and which version of iOS or Android it is running.
- The app version, printed at the bottom of the Garage menu.
- A screenshot, if the problem is something you can see.
If the app closed itself, say roughly when. Crashes are reported automatically, and a rough time is usually enough to find yours.
Common questions
When can I use it?
SimplCarz is not publicly released yet. Join the waitlist and we will email you when it is — that email is the only one you will get until then.
What does it cost?
We have not announced pricing. Joining the waitlist is free and commits you to nothing.
Does it work outside the UK?
It is built around UK paperwork — MOT, road tax and the V5C — so the renewal reminders assume a UK car. Services, repairs and mileage intervals are not UK-specific, but that is the part to weigh up if your car is registered elsewhere.
Can I keep more than one car in it?
Yes, as many as you like. Each keeps its own history, mileage and service schedule.
I cannot sign in
Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen and follow the link in the email. If the email does not arrive, check the spam folder first, then tell us at support@julyindustries.com which address you signed up with.
How do I get my records out, or delete them?
Email support@julyindustries.com and say which you want. Deletion removes the account and everything attached to it, including the photos of receipts and documents, and it cannot be undone.
